Summer is just beginning and the kids are thrilled to be free of the heavy work loads they carry these days in school. With this in mind I wanted to share a freebie with my friends and their sweet little ones. Simply right click and select save image as. The follow the instructions on the image.
I'm a firm believer in keeping the kids reading during the summer. We take a trip to the library each weekend to get a fresh stack of books. I'm surprised at how many people don't take advantage of what our libraries have to offer. They have great activities and crafts through out the summer season, as well as DVDs and other great media. Check out your local library to find out more.

My Favorite Cake Artist

Cake is the center piece of any great celebration. And I am a huge fan of cakes that are over the top. I've mentioned Ashley Vicos before, but I have to tell you to check out her facebook page. She posts pictures of her most recent cake creations, as well as what's going on in her fabulous life.

Hello Blog Buddies!

Custom Designs for Special People

One of the best ways to make an occasion memorable is by having a theme customized to the theme. For instance say my daughter Hilary was graduating from high school. Well of course she and her friends would love a grad party that had little cap and gown type decor on her cake or cupcakes. But imagine the response from party goers when they saw cupcake toppers that featured the guest of honor's head with a graduation cap and school colors! Friends it really is the simple things that make them talk about your party for years to come.
